Copernicus Science Centre

Copernicus Science Centre

When Frank Oppenheimer created in 1969 the famous Exploratorium in San Francisco, he probably did not expect that the participatory nature of its exhibits and its self-identification as a center for informal learning would lead to be the prototype for many such museums around the world. In fact Warsaw Copernicus Science Centre is one of the most modern descendants of Oppenheimer’s idea in the world. You will experience here over 400 participatory exhibits, where you can make scientific observations, experiments, plays. A lot to enjoy.
Several chapters offer you experiments in physics, biology, medicine, mathematics, and even humanities, which is quite rare in the centers of this type.
